VOICE FOR LITERTURE

I am a British voiceover artist. I have voiced a wide range of projects and styles, providing a clear, warm style for national tv and radio commercials, corporate narrations, training and e-learning videos, to natural, bright reads for web videos, infomercials and jingles, as well as character voices for audiobooks, videogames and apps.

Away from my home recording studio, I have been thrilled to be involved in literary festivals as a ‘reader’ of both adult and children’s fiction, poetry and special commemorative event narrations. The guest authors select the extracts or poems they would like me to read at appropriate moments during their interview. 

At children’s literary festivals, I have had the huge pleasure of reading aloud the winning stories written by children in 500 word, short story writing competitions.

My background 

After 10 years as a teacher, 3 years as children’s magazine editor and 12 years a company founder/Director, one thing remained constant - my absolute love of performance and reading aloud! 

I have been a voiceover artist for 18 years, and after selling my business, I decided it was time go full time, recording projects for some great clients: Google, Nintendo, Shell, Transport for London, Roche Pharmaceutical, Amazon, Barclays, Good Housekeeping, Orange, TK Maxx and more.
